Willow Womens Center’s Annual Banquet is our biggest fundraiser of the year. We gather together, have a wonderful dinner and a program is presented. This year we will be focusing on the incredible growth that we have experienced in this past year!
This year, we decided to remain at The Pavilion at Orchard Ridge in Rockton, IL. This venue was absolutely beautiful last year, the service and food was amazing - and it saves us important funds!
In order to run this event smoothly, we have Willow Warriors, who believe in our mission, invite friends and people who would be willing to financially build into our mission to join them for an evening that will celebrate life.
In the past, our table hosts have helped us fill the room by filling tables of people. This year will be a bit different, as the tables will seat 10 people. Those interested in supporting WWC by being a table host will follow a few simple steps:
Let us know you would like to host a table (or more!) You can do this by emailing Robin at info@willowwomenscenter.org or by calling 608-365-5433 during our normal business hours/leaving a message after hours.
We will get you a Table Host Packet, which will include detailed information about the event and invitations to hand out to those who you would like to invite to sit at your table.
Once you have your table filled, you will respond back to Robin with the names of those who will be sitting at your table.
A few days before the event, we ask that our Table Hosts send a reminder to those planning to sit at their table to reduce those who forget. Because we do not charge ticket prices to cover the meals, it’s very important that those who commit to coming, come. WWC has to put in the order for food in advance and empty seats equals money being spent that could have gone to our mission. Each dinner costs roughly $50, so that can add up quickly.
The evening of the event - you and your guests will check in at the registration table and find out where you will be sitting for the evening. Tables are assigned in order of which the reservation is complete.
If you have any questions, please let us know and we would be happy to answer your questions and help you in any way we can. If you don’t want to host a table, but you would like to come, we are happy to seat you at a table with open spots.
